This manual includes DTII type idlers with belt widths of 500--1400mm, roller diameters of φ89, φ108, φ133, φ159mm, and shaft diameters of φ20, φ25, φ30, φ40mm. In response to market needs, our company has developed and designed JKII type idlers with belt widths of 1600--2200mm, roller diameters of φ133, φ159, φ194mm, and shaft diameters of φ25, φ30, φ35, φ40mm. The selection of idlers is generally considered comprehensively based on the belt width, belt speed, load-carrying capacity of the rollers and the type of idlers.
