Working Principle

The "combined automatic deviation correction device" consists of rollers, an roller frame, a base, a stand, and a mounting bracket. The idler frame and the base are connected by a rotating shaft. When the conveyor belt deviates to one side, under the action of lateral force, it drives the roller frame to rotate at an angle around the rotating shaft, causing the idler on the deviated side to tilt forward. At this time, the roller exerts a lateral thrust on the conveyor belt, prompting the deviated conveyor belt to automatically return to its original position, thus realizing automatic correction of the deviated belt and ensuring the conveyor belt runs centrally and stably.

Its advantages are as follows: when the deviation is small, the rotation angle of the idler on the deviated side is small, and the lateral thrust generated on the conveyor belt is also small; when the deviation is large, the rotation angle of the idler on the deviated side is large, and the lateral thrust generated on the conveyor belt is also large. In this way, automatic adjustment for different deviation amounts is achieved.
