This machine is suitable for crushing medium-hard and brittle materials, such as coking coal, coal for power plants (with gangue content not exceeding 30% and compressive strength not exceeding 120 MPa), gypsum, etc. The maximum feeding particle size of materials shall not be larger than 80mm, the surface moisture shall not be more than 14%, and the discharge particle size shall be ≤ 10mm.


This machine crushes materials mainly by means of impact. When materials enter the crusher,

they are immediately crushed by the violent impact of the high-speed rotating hammerheads.

The crushed materials rush at high speed towards the impact plate for further crushing, and at

the same time, the materials collide with each other. They are repeatedly crushed like this in the

crushing zone and then discharged from the discharge port.

This machine is mainly composed of components such as the machine body, rotor, and impact plate. The motor drives the rotor through a hydraulic coupling, which in turn drives the hammerheads to rotate. Materials are crushed by the striking action of the hammerheads and the impact of the impact plate.


The machine body consists of the bottom, side parts, and middle part of the body. The inner wall of the machine body is equipped with protective liners to prevent wear inside the machine shell. Multiple sliding doors are installed on each side of the machine body for cleaning up debris inside the machine and observing the working conditions of various parts of the machine. The gap adjustment device seat serves as the supporting base for the impact plate gap adjustment device.


The rotor part is composed of components including the rotor shaft, discs, hammer rods, and hammerheads. The discs are mounted on the rotor shaft, separated by spacers between them. Hammer rods with hammerheads are installed on the discs, and the hammerheads are suspended on the hammer rods, rotating along with the rotor shaft.


The rotation direction of the rotor can be reversed. When one side of the hammerhead is worn, the rotor can be rotated in the opposite direction to use the other side of the hammerhead.


The impact plate gap adjustment device is used to adjust the gap between the impact plate and the hammerheads. In addition to supporting and suspending the impact plate, the impact plate supporting device can also adjust the upper gap between the impact plate and the hammerheads.
