Relying on the company's sound manufacturing system and rigorous quality control, these drive pulleys have undergone casting, forging, welding, precision machining, and multiple rounds of performance testing. All indicators meet national standards and perfectly meet the high-efficiency operation requirements of key scenarios such as ore transportation in mines, bulk cargo loading and unloading at ports, and blast furnace transportation in steel plants.
The drive pulley is the main component for transmitting power. The diameter and length of the drive pulley comply with the provisions of GB/T 988-1991 Basic Parameters and Dimensions of Belt Conveyor Pulleys . This standard covers pulleys with a diameter of up to 1400mm, a shaft diameter of up to 380mm, and a surface width of up to 2400mm, thus including most commonly used welded steel roller assemblies with press-fitted hubs in current conveying and lifting operations. When using standard rollers at a belt speed exceeding 4.0m/s, consultation with the manufacturer is recommended.
DTⅡ and DTⅡ(A) type drive pulleys are classified into three types (light, medium, and heavy) based on their load-carrying capacity. The same type of pulley is available with several different shaft diameters and center spans for selection.
Heavy type: The bearing bore diameter ranges from 200mm to 380mm. It adopts an expansion sleeve connection and a cast-welded cylinder structure, with two options: unidirectional output shaft and bidirectional output shaft .
Pulleys of the same diameter are also available with several shaft diameters and bearing housing center distances.
The pulley surfaces include smooth steel surfaces, herringbone-patterned rubber coverings, and diamond-patterned rubber coverings. The herringbone-patterned rubber surface has a high friction coefficient and good drainage performance but is directional; during installation, the tips of the herringbone pattern should align with the running direction of the conveyor belt. Conveyors with bidirectional operation should use diamond-patterned surfaces. For critical applications, vulcanized rubber coverings must be used; for flame-retardant and explosion-proof occasions, corresponding explosion-proof measures should be adopted. All bearing housings are lubricated with grease via oil cups. If centralized lubrication is required, it must be specified when placing the order, and the manufacturer can configure the required oil nozzles separately.
