All core performance indicators have met the design standards after professional testing, successfully attaining the conditions for mass production and market delivery. As a tailor-developed medium and fine crushing equipment, the PFJ0707 impact crusher adopts the dual crushing mechanism of impact + counterattack, and is equipped with an optimized crushing cavity and high wear-resistant alloy blow bars. It can efficiently process medium-hard materials such as limestone, granite, concrete aggregates and slag, adapting to crushing requirements for materials with a compressive strength of ≤150MPa. All core components of the equipment undergo rigorous material selection and precision processing: the blow bars adopt the high manganese steel heat treatment process, with wear resistance improved by more than 20% compared with ordinary products; the frame adopts an integral welded structure, optimized through finite element analysis, with high rigidity and outstanding impact resistance, able to adapt to long-term continuous operation conditions.
During this commissioning process, the technical team conducted a comprehensive verification of key indicators such as the equipment's starting performance, operational stability, crushing efficiency and discharge particle size adjustment accuracy. Data shows that the equipment operates with no abnormal vibration or noise under no-load conditions; under load commissioning, the processing capacity can reach 30-60 tons per hour, and the discharge particle size can be flexibly controlled at 5-40mm by adjusting the gap of the counterattack plate, fully complying with the design requirements. Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with a hydraulic cover opening mechanism and an overload protection device, which greatly reduce the difficulty of maintenance and the risk of equipment damage, and improve the convenience of operation and maintenance.
