    Today, the production workshop of Shandong Shankuang Machinery Co., Ltd. runs in good order, and the manufacturing of conveyor rollers is progressing steadily as planned. As the core basic components of material conveying equipment including belt conveyors, the production process of conveyor rollers is closely linked.     The first step of roller production is the selection and pre-treatment of raw materials. According to the application requirements of conveyor rollers, the staff selects high-quality steel with sufficient strength and toughness as raw materials, ensuring that it can withstand the pressure and wear brought by long-term heavy-duty conveying. After preliminary cutting, the steel enters the precision treatment stage. Professional grinding equipment is used to remove surface oxides, impurities and burrs, and then turning processing is adopted to calibrate the shape, keeping the surface of the roller base flat and smooth, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing procedures.
    After the base pre-treatment is completed, the process enters pipe body processing and component assembly. In accordance with standardized procedures, technicians carry out precision processing on the roller pipe body to ensure that its specifications meet the assembly requirements. Then, workers install shaft heads, bearings, seals and other supporting parts in sequence. During assembly, the connection positions are adjusted repeatedly to ensure tight fitting and flexible rotation of all parts. At the same time, the seals effectively block the intrusion of dust, water vapor and other impurities, reducing friction loss during operation. The technical team provides on-site guidance throughout the process, solving detailed problems in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
    After assembly, the conveyor rollers enter the surface treatment stage. The staff conducts derusting and degreasing treatment on the surface of the rollers, and then applies special protective coatings according to the needs of different working scenarios. This not only improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the rollers, but also makes the overall appearance more regular, enabling them to adapt to various complex working environments such as mines, ports and building materials.
    The final finished product inspection is equally rigorous. Quality inspectors first conduct a comprehensive appearance inspection on the rollers to confirm no surface damage, uniform coating and defect-free welds. Then they use special equipment to test the rotation stability of the rollers, and check whether there is abnormal vibration and jamming during operation, so as to ensure compliance with industrial standards and internal quality specifications of the enterprise. Only when all inspection indicators are qualified can the rollers complete the current production process and enter the subsequent warehousing or complete machine supporting links.
