The rubber is mixed by a pressure-type rubber mixing machine, and the rubber surface of the roller is formed by one-time vulcanization in a vertical rubber casting vulcanizing tank, which ensures that the rubber surface is free of bubbles and delamination, and has strong wear resistance and roller bearing capacity. It has complete manufacturing processes and testing methods, and can produce and process rollers with a diameter D=φ250-1800mm and a width B=500-2200mm, with surfaces including flat rubber surface, herringbone rubber surface and diamond rubber surface.
