PCH1216 ring hammer crusher is under commissioning.
This machine is mainly composed of a rotor, a machine body, an adjusting mechanism and other major parts. The motor directly drives the rotor through a hydraulic coupling.
The rotor part consists of main components such as the main shaft, end discs, hammer chucks, hammer shafts, and ring hammers. The ring hammers are hung on the hammer shafts, which are installed on the end discs and hammer chucks. The end discs and chucks are fixed on the main shaft with flat keys and nuts.
The machine body part is composed of main components including upper and lower casings, crushing plates, sieve plates, sieve frames, and liners. The crushing plates and sieve plates are installed on the sieve frame. One end of the sieve frame is suspended on the shaft seats on both sides of the casing via a shaft, and the other end is connected to the adjusting mechanism. Liners are installed on the inner walls of both sides of the casing to protect the casing from wear. The crushing plate, sieve plate and rotor form a crushing cavity. The adjusting mechanism is used to adjust the gap between the rotor and the sieve plate.
The ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher with ring hammers. The ring hammers can not only revolve with the rotor but also rotate around the hammer shafts. After materials enter the crushing cavity, they are first crushed by the impact of the ring hammers rotating at high speed with the rotor. The crushed materials gain kinetic energy from the ring hammers at the same time, rush to the crushing plate at high speed, and undergo secondary crushing. Then they fall onto the sieve plate, are further crushed by the extrusion and abrasion of the ring hammers, and are discharged through the sieve holes. Inseparable materials and sundries enter the iron containing chamber and are then removed regularly.
