Scope of Application and Material Requirements This machine is suitable for crushing brittle materials with medium hardness. Typical applicable types include coking coal, power plant coal (which must meet the requirements of gangue content ≤ 30% and compressive strength ≤ 120 MPa), gypsum, etc. To ensure crushing efficiency and equipment stability, the materials must meet the following parameter requirements: the maximum feeding particle size shall not exceed 80mm, among which the maximum particle size of gangue when fed separately shall be controlled within 40mm; the surface moisture content of materials shall not exceed 10%, and the discharge particle size of the equipment can be stably controlled at 3mm.
Crushing Working Principle The core working mode of this machine is impact crushing. When materials enter the crushing chamber, they are first subjected to the violent impact of the high-speed rotating hammer heads for preliminary crushing; the crushed materials rush towards the impact plate at high speed under the action of impact force, and are further crushed by secondary impact; at the same time, the material particles will collide with each other. After multiple repeated impacts and collisions in the crushing area, the materials that finally reach the qualified particle size are discharged from the discharge port.
Main Structural Composition and Functions This machine is mainly composed of the machine body, rotor, impact plate and related auxiliary devices. The functions of each part are as follows:
Machine Body The machine body is composed of the bottom, side and middle structures. Its inner wall is equipped with protective liners, which can effectively reduce the wear of the machine shell caused by material impact and prolong the service life of the equipment. The various sides of the machine body are provided with multiple sliding doors, which facilitate operators to regularly clean up the residual debris inside the machine, and at the same time, can observe the working status of each component in the crushing chamber at any time to detect abnormal situations in a timely manner. In addition, the machine body is also provided with a gap adjustment device seat, which serves as the supporting foundation for the impact plate gap adjustment device.
Rotor The rotor is the core executive component of the crushing operation, consisting of rotor shaft, hammer disk, hammer screw, hammer head and other parts. The hammer disk is fixedly installed on the rotor shaft, and the adjacent hammer disks are kept at a fixed distance through spacers; the hammer screw is installed on the hammer disk, and the hammer head is suspended on the screw, rotating at high speed with the rotor shaft to realize the impact crushing of materials.
It is specially designed as a reversible steering structure. When one side of the hammer head is worn due to long-term use, the other side of the hammer head can be used for continuous operation by changing the rotation direction of the rotor, which greatly improves the utilization rate of the hammer head and reduces the replacement cost.
Auxiliary Devices Manual turning device: Equipped with this device, the rotor can be easily turned manually. Before starting the machine, the worm must be lowered, and during the turning operation, the motor power must be cut off to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
Impact plate gap adjustment device: It is used to accurately adjust the gap between the impact plate and the hammer head to control the discharge particle size; in addition to suspending the impact plate, the impact plate supporting device can also flexibly adjust the upper gap between the impact plate and the hammer head through adjustment to meet the crushing needs of different materials.
