Shandong Shankuang Machinery Co., LTD (Hereinafter the company), as a vice board chairmen unit of belt conveyor sub-association of China Heavy Mechanical Industry Association, is one of national main manufactures producing belt conveyor. The company has developed many kinds of belt conveyors dependently with belt width ranging from 500 mm to 2200 mm such as DTII, DTI (A),DTL (Underground mine), JKD, TD75, telescopic type, DJ series with large inclination and pipe belt conveyor etc. which have good features as strong starting capacity with stable dynamic running cost, long service life, large capacity, great power, little swaying magnitude, high mechanoelectronic integration and stable dynamic running with technical property index leading national level.

The company has involved in the revision of national standard 《Belt conveyor》GB/T10595-2009. The company has obtained 10 national patents for the components of belt conveyor such as trough idlers, new type casting –rubber pulley, ceramic pulley, sealed skirt board, plough discharger and anti-swaying device. The new designed products of DTII new type idler, JKAII heavy environmental tripper car and belt conveyor with large capacity and long distance have passed provincial verification, and the company also has successfully researched and developed new type port bulk material conveying system complete set of equipment, travelling type continuous conveying bulk material loader and mobile type bulk material conveying system complete set of equipment.
