An ordinary roller consists of a roller shell, bearing blocks, a shaft, bearings, seals, and axial retaining rings.

The roller shell is processed using high-precision welded steel pipes specially designed for idlers. The bearing blocks are made by cold stamping 08F steel plates. The roller shell and bearing blocks are precisely welded by a manipulator to ensure the overall strength of the roller body. The shaft is manufactured from cold-drawn round steel processed with standard tolerance values. The processing of the roller shell, bearing blocks, and shaft is carried out on a dedicated machine tool production line to ensure stable roller quality.

The roller adopts a multi-stage labyrinth seal structure, and the labyrinth channels are filled with special grease for idlers, which provides excellent waterproof, dustproof, and durable performance. The roller uses large clearance radial ball bearings, which greatly improves the rotational flexibility of the roller.
