What is an idler roller?

    Currently, there are two full-automatic roller flow production lines in the company, which mainly include the cutting and hole turning of steel pipes, the press fitting and welding of bearing seats, the press fitting of bearing seals, the electrostatic painting system and other whole-process automatic equipment, and are featured of continuous and efficient production, and high degree of integrated control. Based on whole-course automatic material transport, it has ensured the control on product quality in the whole course from blanking, Truck docking, butt welding and press fitting to roller inspection as well as the high processing precision and stable quality of rollers. The company is also engaged in producing all types of common rollers, taper rollers, comb roller, spiral roller, impact roller, friction self-aligning roller, non-magnetic roller, rubber-casted anti-sticking roller, and the pipe diameters can range from Φ63 to Φ219. The products can cover above 60 types and 400 specifications, and the annual production capacity can reach to 500,000 rollers. The company has established the whole-course roller detection test center as well as advanced detection test stands, including roller rotation resistance, roller radial run-out, roller immersed sealing, roller axial load, roller axial displacement, roller dustproof sealing, roller service life, and roller spray sealing, so that both the quality and performance of roller products can be effectively guaranteed.
