    2PGCQ700×1000Strong Double-Toothed Roller Crusher of Shandong Shankuang Machinery Co.,Ltd. is testing run!

    The crusher is suitable for breaking loose and fragile material with tensile strength not less than 100 MPa such as cold coke and coal lump.

    The crusher is composed of inlet opening, fixed wall plate, fixed side plate, movable side plate, fixed toothed roller, movable toothed roller, fixed adjusting beam, coupling, reducer, fluid coupling, motor and main frame etc.

    After fixed wall plate, fixed side plate, movable side plate, fixed toothed roller, movable toothed roller connect together by inlet opening and fixed adjusting beam, fix them together with motor and reducer on the main frame. 

    Motor respectively drives fixed /toothed rollers rotating face to face via fluid coupling---reducer—coupling/universal coupling.

    When working, two rollers (with tooth) rotate face to face and material shall be pressed to broken between two rollers under force from sharp tooth and broken material shall be discharged out of crusher form bottom of main frame under the gravity and eccentric force.
