The idler roller is equipped with pressed bearing housings; the roller shaft is made of cold-drawn round shaft of 45# carbon steel; the roller shell adopts high-precision welded steel pipe of Q235B with a wall thickness of not less than 3 mm. Detailed machining dimensions are shown in the drawing below (Note: the distance between L1 and L2 shall not exceed 5 mm). The bearings shall be manufactured by Wafangdian Bearing Co., Ltd. (ZWZ), Harbin Bearing Group Corporation (HRB), or Luoyang LYC Bearing Co., Ltd.

    Before installing the idler rollers, first check their installation positions, including whether the supports for fixing the idlers, saddles, and left and right idler brackets are properly connected, and tighten all fasteners. According to the general layout drawing of the belt conveyor, check whether the center line of the idler set coincides with the center line of the belt conveyor and make adjustments if necessary.

    After the idler rollers are installed and the conveyor belt is laid and fully tensioned, test run may be carried out. The test run duration shall be the same as that of the conveyor and shall not be less than 4 hours. The operation of the idler rollers shall be observed and adjusted to prepare for the loaded operation of the conveyor.
