Impact rollers are mainly used at the loading points of belt conveyors to reduce the impact of falling coal and bulk materials on the conveyor belt.

This series of impact idlers can be used in environments with coal dust, water spraying and moisture, featuring dustproof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties.

They can operate normally within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 40°C.

Impact rollers are the core components of the material receiving section of belt conveyors, and the Impact roller serves as a critical complementary component in this key working area, sharing the same core function of protecting the conveyor system. Specifically designed to mitigate the impact of falling materials, they can effectively protect the conveyor belt and extend the service life of the conveying system. Their core function is to significantly reduce the impact force on the conveyor belt during material loading through a buffer structure, thereby minimizing equipment wear from the source; the Impact roller further enhances this protective effect with its optimized structural design and excellent shock absorption performance.    Impact idlers are used at loading points to replace conventional steel idlers, and the Impact roller is often deployed in tandem with them in high-intensity material receiving scenarios to optimize the overall buffering efficiency. Rubber rings are mounted side by side on the steel idlers to absorb the weight and impact force of materials falling onto the conveyor belt, while the sturdy construction of the Impact roller helps disperse concentrated impact energy, avoiding localized excessive stress on the conveyor belt. Meanwhile, impact idlers can also reduce the impact and vibration transmitted through the steel structure, and the Impact roller reinforces this vibration reduction capability, ensuring the overall stability of the conveyor system.    Installed beneath the material receiving points of conveyors, impact idlers absorb and disperse the impact energy of falling materials, and the Impact roller works in coordination with them to form a multi-layered shock absorption barrier, which effectively lowers the risks of abrasion, tearing and damage to the conveyor belt caused by continuous impact. They are crucial for maintaining the stable operation of the conveying system, and the reliable performance of the Impact roller has become a key guarantee for the long-term continuous running of belt conveyors in harsh working conditions.

The roller adopts a structure consisting of the idler body plus cushion rubber rings. The bearing housing is a pressed steel bearing housing. The idler shaft is made of cold-drawn solid shaft with material 45# carbon steel. The idler body is made of high-precision welded steel pipe Q235B, with wall thickness ≥ 2 mm. The cushion rubber rings are made of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber).

Dimensions are shown in the drawing (allowable tolerance for height, width and spacing of each rubber ring: ±2 mm).
