Inside the factory of Shandong Shankuang Machinery Co., Ltd., core belt conveyor components including head frames, tail frames and pulleys have all been loaded and secured. Following multiple rounds of inspection, reinforcement and protection, the shipment is waiting for departure instructions and will soon be delivered to the customer’s project site. As key supporting and transmission parts of the belt conveyor, every loading procedure has been carried out solidly under the careful operation of workers, reflecting a rigorous and pragmatic performance style.
Preparations before loading are thorough and meticulous. Workers first conduct a final comprehensive inspection of all components. As the supporting frameworks of the complete machine, sharp edges and corners of head frames and tail frames are fitted with custom anti-collision corner protectors to avoid paint damage from impacts during transportation. After being thoroughly wiped clean, the surfaces of pulleys are wrapped with wear-resistant binding tape to prevent abrasion or rust during long-distance delivery.
Technicians verify the model and specification of each component one by one, sort out product certificates, installation drawings, parts lists and other documents, and match them with the packing list item by item to ensure accurate information, facilitating subsequent installation by the customer.
The loading site features clear division of labor and standardized operation. With professional hoisting equipment, workers first lift the head frames and tail frames. By identifying the stress fulcrums of the components, they slowly and steadily hoist them into the transport carriage and arrange them in accordance with the preset layout plan, ensuring the components fit the stress surface of the carriage and avoiding center-of-gravity deviation.
Pulleys are then hoisted and placed steadily in the reserved space between the head frames and tail frames. Both sides of the pulleys are filled and fixed with cushion pads to prevent rolling and collision during transit.
After all components are positioned, workers use high-strength binding straps for both horizontal and vertical reinforcement, with key tightening at the connection points between components and the carriage as well as between components themselves. Additional protective pads are applied to raised edges and joints. The tightness of the straps is checked repeatedly by pressing to ensure no looseness or displacement risk.
After loading, re-inspection remains stringent. The person in charge leads the team to count the number of components one by one and recheck the consistency between documents and physical goods. A careful inspection is conducted to confirm the integrity of protective measures such as anti-collision corner protectors, protective plugs and rubber sleeves, as well as any signs of loosening or falling off of the binding straps.
The logistics department has planned the optimal transportation route in advance, handed over detailed transportation precautions to the driver, and clarified the load-bearing protection requirements for head frames and tail frames as well as the moisture-proof requirements for pulleys, so as to ensure real-time tracking of the transportation status and safe and timely arrival of the components at the destination.
In the factory area, the sounds of mechanical operation and coordination commands blend together, busy but not chaotic. The smooth loading of core belt conveyor components is a direct reflection of Shandong Shankuang’s precision manufacturing and efficient performance.
Moving forward, the company will continue to maintain a steady production pace, strictly control product quality and delivery efficiency. With high-quality components and attentive services, it will help customers advance projects steadily and build a solid conveying foundation for the high-quality development of the industry.
