Working principle and structure
The machine is mainly composed of the frame, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, flywheel, pulley, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, elbow plate, and locking device (see Figure 1). The motor drives the eccentric shaft via a V-belt, causing the moving jaw to move back and forth. Materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed as they are squeezed, split, and bent by the swinging motion of the moving jaw. The crushed material is discharged from the machine through the discharge port at the moment the moving jaw separates from the fixed jaw.
