    Double-roller crusher is an equipment suitable for breaking material continuously, which consists of two rollers with same diameter and installed levelly, and two rollers rotating at different speed oppositely.

    When working, motor drives two rollers rotating oppositely via reducer, which can realize differential rotation between two rollers (fixed roller 71.4 rpm,  movable roller 62 rpm),and material shall be broken with required grain size by adjusting gaps between two rollers.

    The gap between two rollers can adjust by spring installed on the movable roller, and located by adjusting shims installed between bearing houses of two rollers. When working, spring can keep some certain pre-pressure to avoid that movable roller retreat under normal condition and to keep enough breaking force between two rollers. When material fed into cavity is difficult to break because of too strong or too hard, spring will retreat back automatically to make such material discharged out smoothly, as a result protect equipment from damage; When adjusting gap, two rollers will act synchronously. The crusher is provided with interactively protective device.

    This type of product is suited for breaking medium hardness brittle material such as anthracite coal, coke etc. The role of machine is breaking material required size that is easy to burn. With required Max. feed size 0-40mm, final size 0-10mm can be reached by adjusting gaps between two rollers.
