The PCH1010 ring hammer crusher is used to crush various brittle materials such as coal, gangue, coke, slag, shale and loose limestone. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed materials shall not exceed 12MPa, and the surface moisture shall be less than 9%.
The PCH1010 ring hammer crusher is composed of main parts including rotor, body and adjusting mechanism. The motor directly drives the rotor through an elastic pin coupling.
The rotor is mainly composed of main shaft, end disc, hammer chuck, hammer shaft and ring hammer. The ring hammer is hung on the hammer shaft, which is installed on the end disc and hammer chuck. The end disc and chuck are fixed on the main shaft with flat keys and round nuts.
The body is mainly composed of upper and lower casings, crushing plate, sieve plate, sieve frame and liner plate. The crushing plate and sieve plate are installed on the sieve frame. One end of the sieve frame is suspended on the shaft seats on both sides of the body through a shaft, and the other end is connected with the adjusting mechanism through a connecting plate. Liner plates are installed on the inner walls of both sides of the casing to protect the casing from wear. The crushing sieve plate and rotor form a crushing chamber. The adjusting part of the machine is adjusted by the eccentric rotation of the sieve frame supporting shaft, or by an adjusting mechanism composed of worm, worm gear, pointer, indicator plate and other components.
The PCH1010 ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher with ring hammers. The ring hammers can not only revolve with the rotor, but also rotate around the hammer shaft. After materials enter the crushing chamber, they are first crushed by the impact of the ring hammers rotating at high speed with the rotor. The crushed materials obtain kinetic energy from the ring hammers, rush to the crushing plate at high speed and undergo secondary crushing, then fall on the sieve plate, are further crushed by the extrusion and abrasion of the ring hammers, and discharged through the sieve holes. Uncrushable material impurities enter the metal collector and are removed regularly.
The adjustment of discharge granularity is realized by replacing sieve bars or sieve plates with different pores. Generally, the discharge granularity of sieve bars or sieve plates is 30mm. If other discharge granularity is selected, it must be specially proposed when placing an order. Users must specify whether they need the manufacturer to configure a bypass hopper when placing an order.
