Today, the factory area of Shandong Shankuang presents a busy and orderly scene. After careful protection and standardized loading, two 4054 rod mills have completed all shipment preparations and are on their way to the customer’s project site. As core equipment for material grinding, every step of the loading process is controlled with close attention to detail and carried out solidly under the focused operation of the staff, fully demonstrating the company’s rigorous style in order fulfillment and delivery.
Preparations before loading are thorough and meticulous. Staff first conduct a comprehensive factory inspection on the two rod mills, checking the integrity of the paintwork one by one, and confirming that key parts such as the transmission system, feed inlet and discharge outlet are firmly connected without looseness, and that moving parts rotate smoothly with no jamming. Technicians simultaneously organize documents including product certificates, installation manuals and parts lists, checking them against the equipment information one by one to ensure complete paperwork and accurate data, facilitating subsequent installation and commissioning by the customer.
The loading site features a clear division of labor and standardized operation. Multiple professional hoisting devices work in coordination. Staff accurately locate the stress fulcrums of the rod mills and use suitable special slings for steady lifting. During lifting, the angle is adjusted slowly to keep the equipment horizontal and avoid uneven structural stress caused by tilting. Once the equipment is hoisted above the transport carriage, a dedicated person directs precise positioning, and the mills are lowered gently onto the preset load-bearing area of the carriage. The two units are placed at a reasonable interval to ensure a stable center of gravity for the entire vehicle. After the equipment is stably positioned, workers use high-strength binding straps for crosswise and lengthwise reinforcement. Wear-resistant protective pads are laid at the contact points between the straps and the equipment to prevent paint abrasion. The tightness of the straps is checked by repeated pulling to ensure the equipment is firmly attached to the carriage with no risk of displacement or tipping.
After loading is completed, multi-level re-inspection is implemented. The person in charge leads the team to count the quantity of equipment and accessories one by one, and rechecks the consistency between documents and physical goods. A careful inspection is also made to confirm that wooden case protection is intact, seals are secure and bindings are firm and reliable. The logistics department has planned the optimal transport route in advance, handed over detailed transport precautions to the carrier, clarified key protection points for the equipment and inspection frequency during transit, and assigned special personnel to track the transport status throughout the journey, ensuring the safe and stable arrival of the equipment.
In the factory area, the sounds of mechanical operation and coordination commands blend together, busy but orderly. The smooth shipment of the two rod mills is a direct reflection of Shandong Shankuang’s production strength and delivery capacity. Moving forward, the company will continue to maintain an efficient and rigorous production and delivery pace, support customers in steadily advancing their projects with high-quality equipment and attentive services, and inject practical impetus into the development of the industry. At present, the transport vehicles carrying the rod mills have left the factory area and are heading steadily toward the destination.
