This machine consists of a motor and a reducer. The drive sprocket shaft is driven to operate at a low speed through chain transmission. The operating mechanism of the feeder is formed by overlapping and connecting a roller conveyor chain (connected into a closed loop) and a conveying trough (with a wavy bottom plate, fixed on the chain plates) to form a conveying circuit. Supported by idler wheels fixed on the machine frame, the operating mechanism is driven to run at a low speed through the meshing of the drive sprocket and the chain, thereby achieving the purpose of uniformly and continuously transferring materials.

(1) Transmission Device
This machine adopts a transmission device that operates stably without torque pulsation, featuring high starting torque, low starting current, minimal vibration, and low noise.
The transmission installation method is
left-mounted (when viewed along the material running direction, the transmission device installed on the left side of the main machine is marked with "I"). Conversely, it is
right-mounted.
(2) Drive Sprocket Device
It is mainly composed of a drive shaft, a drive sprocket, and a bearing housing. The bearings used are self-aligning roller bearings, and labyrinth oil seals are adopted. Grease is injected regularly for lubrication using an oil gun. This structure has excellent dust-proof performance and low operating resistance.
(3) Tensioning Sprocket Device
It consists of a tensioning shaft, a tensioning wheel, and a tensioning sliding seat. The tensioning wheel adopts a smooth-wheel (toothless) structure, with its outer circular surface subjected to quenching treatment, resulting in good wear resistance. The bearings used are self-aligning roller bearings, and skeletonless rubber oil seals are adopted; grease is injected regularly for lubrication using an oil gun. The tensioning device seat adopts a welded structure, which is sturdy and compact, facilitating the adjustment of the tightness of the conveyor chain.
(4) Operating Mechanism
It is composed of a conveyor chain, a conveying trough, and supporting rollers. It is the main moving component of the machine that fulfills the feeding task, and also a key part prone to wear.
The conveying trough is formed by welding a bearing plate and side baffles, and these troughs are overlapped with each other to form a conveying circuit, which can effectively prevent material spillage during the conveying process.
The conveyor chain of this machine model only serves as a traction component; the weight of the conveying trough and the materials on it is borne by the feeding rollers fixed on the machine frame.
(5) Feeding Rollers & Return Rollers
The surface of the roller body undergoes hardening treatment, and the roller shaft is subjected to quenching and tempering treatment.
Tapered roller bearings are installed inside the rollers, and oil seals and gland seals are used for sealing. These rollers have excellent dust-proof performance, low operating resistance, and can withstand the impact load from materials and the conveying mechanism.
(6) Machine Frame
The machine frame is a structure that bears the weight of various components and integrates them into a whole to achieve the intended movement. The machine frame of this model adopts a welded structure, featuring light weight and good rigidity.
