The company is equipped with an advanced drum rubber casting production line. Rubber is processed using a pressure-type rubber mixing machine, and the rubber surface of the drum is formed in one go through vulcanization in a vertical drum rubber casting vulcanizing tank. This ensures the rubber surface is free from bubbles and delamination, boasting excellent wear resistance and strong load-bearing capacity of the drum.

The company has a complete set of manufacturing processes and testing methods, enabling it to produce and process drums with a diameter (D) ranging from φ250mm to φ1800mm and a belt width (B) from 500mm to 2200mm. The drum surfaces are available in three types: flat rubber surface, herringbone-patterned rubber surface, and diamond-patterned rubber surface.

Additionally, the company has developed and produced wear-resistant ceramic drums, for which it has obtained a national patent (Patent No.: ZL200620161071.0). The structure of these drums features ceramic blocks as a protective layer on the drum surface, with high-hardness rubber material embedded inside. The ceramic blocks are designed with a honeycomb-shaped surface and horizontal water drainage grooves, while avoiding damage to the rubber surface layer.
