PCFK1618 reversible impact hammer crusher test run completed

The machine mainly includes machine body, rotor, breaking plates etc. The motor drives rotor by fluid coupling to make hammer rotate. And material is broken by hammer’s beating and breaking plate’s bumping.
It mainly includes lower part, middle part and lateral part etc. In order to prevent internal wall of machine being frayed, protective liner shall be supplied. There are many gates in all sides of machine body to remove inside foreign matter and observe the condition of machine. Gap-adjusting device base is the support of gap-adjusting device.
Rotor part mainly includes rotor shaft, hammer disk, hammer bar and hammer etc. Hammer disk is installed on the rotor shaft with spacing bush between hammer disks, hammer bar is installed in the hammer disk and hammer is suspended on the hammer bar and rotates with shaft.
The rotor can rotate in two directions, in case of fraying of one side of hammer, make rotor rotate oppositely, so the other side of hammer can be used.
It is supplied with a device used for rotating rotor with hand easily, which is also easy to replace hammers. When using the device, cut off power source to ensure damage to personnel and machine.
Breaking plate is supplied with gap-adjusting device that can adjust the gap between breaking plate and hammer. The support device for breaking plate plays a role not only support breaking plate but also adjust the upper gap between breaking plate and hammer.
