    This machine is a four-roll crusher with hydraulic adjustment. It is widely used in the metallurgical industry for fine crushing operations such as pulverizing cleaned coal and coke.

    The motor, reducer, coupling, and drive disc form the driving device.

    The upper and lower driven rollers have the same structure. They are mainly composed of parts such as roller shells, shafts, spokes, annular wedges, sprockets, bearings, and bearing seats for movable rollers. A large pulley of the transmission part is installed on the sprocket side of the upper driven roller part, and a small pulley of the transmission part is installed on the sprocket side of the lower driven roller part.

    The roller shells of the upper rollers (including the upper driving roller and upper driven roller) are made of medium-carbon multi-alloy through integral casting, with wear-resistant materials surfacing-welded on the surface, followed by rough grinding. The surfacing-welded wear-resistant materials on the surface help extend the service life of the roller shells; the relatively rough surface is conducive to the material being nipped in, thereby improving the crushing capacity of the crusher.

    The roller shells of the lower rollers (including the lower driving roller and lower driven roller) are made of medium-carbon multi-alloy through integral casting and surface quenching treatment.

The roller parts (including the upper and lower driving rollers and upper and lower driven rollers) are the core components of the crusher, which directly perform the crushing of materials.

The frame body part is mainly composed of the chassis, the "Wang"-shaped frame (a frame structured like the Chinese character "王"), and a feed inlet with a material distribution device. It serves as the skeleton of the crusher, with main functions including supporting, material distributing, and guiding.

    The machine cover part is mainly composed of the machine cover frame, roller cleaning device, baffle, and shield. The roller cleaning device is mainly composed of scrapers, scraper frames, shafts, and automatic tensioning devices. The scrapers and baffles are made of wear-resistant materials. The main functions of the machine cover part include realizing the sealed protection of the crushing chamber, automatic cleaning of the roller bodies, and facilitating the inspection and control inside the crushing chamber.

    The hydraulic adjustment part is mainly composed of oil cylinders, pillow blocks, long lead screws and fixed nuts, plugs, and semicircular pressure rings. The oil cylinders and pillow blocks are fixed on the "Wang"-shaped frame through the long lead screws and nuts; the plugs are installed in the threaded holes of the piston rods of the oil cylinders and fixed on the bearing seats of the driven rollers through the semicircular pressure rings and fasteners. With the support of the hydraulic system of the pump station, its main functions are: providing the pressure required for crushing materials, cooperating with adjusting the limit backing plates to maintain the roller gap required for crushing, and realizing automatic retraction to protect other mechanical parts from damage.
