The Four Roll Crusher consists of four modules: frame, roller assembly, safety protection device and transmission system. All components of the Four Roll Crusher work in synergy to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment. Among them, the frame serves as the load-bearing foundation of the whole Four Roll Crusher, welded from high-strength steel plates, with excellent rigidity and impact resistance, which can effectively withstand the extrusion force and vibration generated during the crushing operations of the Four Roll Crusher.

The roller assembly is the core working component of the Four Roll Crusher, composed of four parallel cylindrical rolls of consistent specifications—an iconic structural feature that defines the Four Roll Crusher’s superior crushing performance. The roll surface is treated with wear-resistant materials, which can greatly extend the service life of the Four Roll Crusher and reduce the later maintenance cost. It is suitable for the fine crushing operation of hard and medium hard materials with compressive strength less than 200MPa and humidity less than 30%.
