After entering the crusher, coal lumps are pre-crushed by the impact of high-speed rotating ring hammers.The pre-crushed coal rushes at high speed toward the breaker plates and screen plates, where it is impact-crushed again.At the same time, mutual collision occurs between coal lumps.Subsequently, the small coal particles are subjected to extrusion, shearing, rolling, and grinding by the rotating ring hammers once more on the screen plates, and finally discharged out of the crusher through the screen openings.Uncrushable foreign materials such as iron blocks are shoveled into the iron removal chamber by the rotor.
The lower body, front body, upper body and rear body are all fabricated by steel plate welding. The lower body is hinged to the front body and rear body via pin shafts. All components are further fastened together with bolts and nuts.The opening of the front body and rear body is achieved by a hydraulic system, but they cannot be opened simultaneously and must be operated sequentially.Caution: Open slowly and place reliable supports under the front and rear bodies respectively to prevent safety incidents such as component damage caused by sudden falling impact of the machine body.
Wear-resistant liners are installed on the inner wall panels of the machine body, which can effectively protect the body from abrasion. After uncrushable foreign objects such as iron blocks enter the iron removal chamber, they can be removed through the access door. A total of 8 access doors are arranged on the machine body for equipment maintenance.
